Who we are
Green Advocates was born from a simple conviction: young people are not too young to lead. Across Baringo County we grow trees, mentor students, protect water sources and speak up for our environment.
We work with schools, local leaders and volunteers to turn concern into action, one seedling, one student and one community at a time.

Returning to Hekima Marigat School was a full-circle moment for Green Advocates founder Gayo Dancun, who previously served as the school’s first head boy. Alongside fellow pioneers and the Green Advocates team, he returned to inspire learners through mentorship and conversations around resilience, education, environmental stewardship and community leadership.

Green Advocates Organization partnered with Youth Senate Kenya for a mentorship programme at Loitip Secondary School. Youth leaders, artists, professionals and stakeholders came together to inspire girls and encourage them to pursue their dreams.

Green Advocates carried out an environmental outreach at Kiserian Primary School in partnership with the Kenya Forest Service. Pupils participated in environmental education focused on tree planting, conservation and climate action. The activity also included mentorship and support initiatives encouraging learners to recognize their role in shaping a sustainable future.
