Our work is organised around four interconnected programmes RESTORE, EDUCATE, EMPOWER and CLIMATE VOICES designed to turn environmental awareness into community-led action across Baringo.

RESTORE

RESTORE : Ecosystem Restoration & Climate Action

The anchor environmental programme. We expand tree-growing and conservation into a full restoration cycle: assess, plan, restore, maintain, monitor, learn and report focusing on indigenous species, school and community sites, water, soil, waste and biodiversity.

EDUCATE

EDUCATE : Young Green Advocates

Building young environmental leaders through school clubs, mentorship, student projects, leadership training and digital learning. Young people are not just participants they are co-creators and future stewards.

EMPOWER

EMPOWER : Women, Girls & Climate Resilience

Supporting women and girls through menstrual health, reusable products, practical skills and climate resilience. Gender-responsive approaches that strengthen both individual agency and community adaptation.

CLIMATE VOICES

CLIMATE VOICES : Youth & Community Climate Advocacy

Creating platforms for youth and communities to participate in climate action through dialogues, research, campaigns, community forums and an annual summit. Amplifying local voices in decision-making.
